Mitchell Property Management is the product of a desire to deliver property management services the way they should be.
Hayley Mitchell and Warren Rapson created Mitchell Property Management knowing that they could offer their clients, both landlord and tenant, an experience that is second to none. This is simply achieved through a complete commitment to professional service.
Hayley’s name is well known in Melbourne’s property management circles. With just over ten years experience, Hayley began her career as a receptionist in 1998. One year later saw her first appointment as a property manager and from 2003 to 2009, Hayley was a Senior Property Manager at an inner city agency where she managed a team and grew her office’s portfolio into the highly successful business that it still is today.
Hayley’s successful flair has been highly sought after. She has spoken at national industry conferences, trained other property managers and is a founding member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria’s Property Management Interest Group. In 2007, Hayley was awarded the title of the REIV Residential Property Manager of the Year and was also a finalist for the national equivalent in 2008. She was again a finalist for the Victorian award in the following year.
Hayley is also a Committee Member of the REIV Property Management Chapter.
Having worked in both sales and property management, Warren too understands the need for consistent professional real estate service and is committed to delivering what others don’t. Warren holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies in addition to working professionally in IT and Web Development.
Both Hayley and Warren are members of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
